Whereby it is agreed as follows :

1. That the Vendor will sell and the Purchaser(s) will buy the kitten(s) detailed below at the price of £.

2. That the Purchaser(s) agrees to and understand(s) the following conditions:

(a) The kitten(s) described above SHALL NOT be used for breeding or allowed to breed with any other cat of the same or a different species, neither will the Purchaser(s) allow any such use to be made of the kitten by any other party. This is a condition of purchase at the price stated above.

(b) The kitten(s) shall be neutered or spayed by a qualified veterinary surgeon between 6 and 9 months of age and a certificate of neutering (see below) shall be sent to the Vendor within 14 days of completion of this procedure.

(c) The kitten(s) shall not be sold, leased or given to any pet shop or research establishment, nor sold, given or donated to any person without the Vendor's prior knowledge and consent, except as to allow humane destruction by a veterinary surgeon in the case of emergency or terminal illness.

(d) The kitten(s) shall not be taken from the United Kingdom without the Vendor's prior written consent.

(e) In the event of the Purchaser(s) being unable to maintain the kitten(s), the Vendor shall be informed immediately and shall reserve the right to repossess the kitten(s) at any age.

3. The Purchaser(s) further warrant that the kitten(s):

(a) Will be kept as a pet(s) in appropriate conditions for its / their health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for its / their age and condition.

(b) Will receive regular booster vaccinations from a veterinary surgeon.

(d) Will under NO circumstances be declawed.

4. The Purchaser(s) understand(s) that if there is a failure to keep any part of this agreement, or if the kitten(s) is / are neglected, maltreated, or is / are failing to receive adequate medical care, the Purchaser will surrender said kitten(s) to the Vendor unconditionally and without financial restitution or compensation.
